Yesterday, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association together with Don Cheadle, Laura Dern, and Anna Kendrick announced the complete list of nominees for the 2017 Golden Globe Awards. The event will be hosted by "The Tonight Show" host, Jimmy Fallon.

The star-studded event will be held at the Beverly Clinton Hotel in California on January 8, 2017. It will be aired live on NBC.

For Best Motion Picture, Drama, nominated are "Hacksaw Ridge","Hell or High Water" ,"Lion" , "Manchester by the Sea" and "Moonlight". While actresses nominated for the award Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture, Drama are Amy Adams for her role in "Arrival"; Jessica Chastain for her role in "Miss Sloane"; Isabelle Huppert for the movie "Elle"; Ruth Negga for the movie "Loving"; and Natalie Portman, for her role in the movie "Jackie".

Nominees for the Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture, Drama are: Casey Affleck for the movie "Manchester By the Sea"; Joel Edgerton for his role in "Loving"; Andrew Garfield for "Hacksaw Ridge"; Viggo Mortensen in his role for "Captain Fantastic"; and finally, Denzel Washington for the movie "Fences".

 Meanwhile in the Musical or Comedy Category for Best Motion Picture, it's not surprising to see that "Deadpool" is on the list. Other nominees for this award are "20th Century Women", "Florence Foster Jenkins","La La Land" and "Sing Street". And in continuation with that category, the nominees for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy are: Annette Bening for the movie "20th Century Women"; Lily Collins for "Rules Don't Apply"; Hailee Steinfeld for her role in "The Edge of Seventeen"; Emma Stone for "La La Land"; and Meryl Streep for "Florence Foster Jenkins".

For the Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy award, the nominees are: Colin Farrell for the movie "The Lobster"; Ryan Gosling for "La La Land"; Hugh Grant for "Florence Foster Jenkins"; Jonah Hill for his role in the movie "War Dogs"; and lastly, Ryan Reynolds for "Deadpool".
