Back in 2011, when the first version of "G. Spotting" called "City Guides" was launched, it only featured three cities. But with the effort of Goop´s editors, recommendations from their own travels, the app now offers guides across more than 25 cities.

Just a few days ago, Paltrow went to Southern California and picked the hot spots with the use of her relaunched "G. Spotting" app. She went undercover with Derek Blasberg and pretended as a Romanian facialist US Weekly reports. The prank went well until the unsuspecting customer was displeased with her during a tan spray application.

The "Iron Man" actress went ahead on her third prank, but this time as a waitress at an organic restaurant. She did a great job doing a waitress job without being caught by any of the customers eating organic-made pizzas.

The app is available to download in iTunes.
