The "Kate Plus 8" star, Kate Gosselin, is having a hard time dealing with her son's issues. Collin, 12, has been living away for a few months now in a special facility to take care of his needs.

Jon and Kate Gosselin had a huge break in reality television with their show "Jon and Kate Plus 8". The ex-couple dealt with too many stresses during their marriage, especially taking care of their eight children. But, what broke their marriage was Jon's alleged affair with their nanny.

Now, the Gosselin matriarch is going through a rough time dealing with Collin, who has a disability and needs special attention. Apparently, the boy is working through his issues, so Kate decides to enroll him in a program that will help him manage his behavioral issues. The decision was very for Kate, but only agreed to the idea of the treatment facility with the advice of Collin's doctors.

To promote her new season of "Kate Plus 8", the reality tv star denied the allegation on Good Morning America regarding the claims of her ex-husband about not seeing Collin for over two years, Daily Mail reports the statement made by Kate, "We are both court ordered not to speak about the care and custody of our children. I've known all along where he is. But the world doesn't know. And I'll leave it at that."

Although, she admitted to keeping Collin's location a secret from his father. Kate addressed Jon's statements on taking her to court if she continues to keep information about their son. She was also asked about the rumors of her abusing Collin and just responded by laughing off the fabricated stories, saying she's used to investigating given she lives in the limelight.

Jon simply cannot keep mum on the issue about Collin. Earlier this month, he talked to Entertainment Tonight saying that he haven't seen all eight of his children in about three to four years. He added, "It felt like she was segregating me from him. I haven't seen him for a really long time." He was adamant on blaming Kate how his kids are estranged to him, especially Collin.

Kate was given primary custody to their eight kids in Pennsylvania: 15-year-old twins Mady and Cara, 12-year-old sextuplets Alexis, Collin, Hannah, Leah, Joel, and Aaden. The new season of "Kate Plus 8" will return on November 22 on TLC.
