"Hajimete no Gal," also known as "First Time Gal" by Meguru Ueno which is a story of a virgin boy dating a trendy gal, is now bound to have its own anime adaptation series. The news has been confirmed after an official website announcing the news has been created and opened to the public on Monday, November 21.

The story line of "Hajimete no Gal," as narrated by the Anime News Network, is a story about an uncool high school guy named Junichi "Jun" Hashiba who was having troubles about wanting to lose his virginity. The romantic comedy begins when Jun's friends pressured and influence him to fall on to his knees and confess his love for her classmate named Yukana Yame, a trendy and fashion- conscious gal in the class. To Jun's surprise, his confession works out and he started dating Yame. But Jun finds himself questioning his relationship with Yame, who is well- known and popular at school.

Meanwhile, fans who have been reading and following the manga series of "Hajimete no Gal" describe it as a story of a plain guy who starts dating the hottest girl in their class. The guy soon doubts the legitimacy of their relationship because he could not believe how a famous and hit girl like her can date a plain and simple guy like him.

On the other hand, those who have just started reading the manga said that it is funny and hopes that the anime adaptation of "Hajimete no Gal" will be as funny as the manga series. The manga series of "Hajimete no Gal" was launched by Meguru Ueno in Kadokawa's Monthly Shonen Ace Magazine in November last year, while the second compiled book volume was published on October 26. And while the anime adaptation of the manga series has been announced on its official site as reported by Cruncy Roll, other details regarding the production like the staff, cast and all are still being kept a secret.
