The British singer and actress - Rita Ora, gave up completely her £1.5million X Factor deal after knowing that television producer Simon Cowell wants Nicole Scherzinger at the judges' panel rather than her.

As Cowell has all the rights to pick all the judges for the British reality show, X Factor, Cowell still offered the "Body on Me" singer her old seat back. But, after Cowell told his friends that he would cut off the deal with Ora if he could get the former member of the Pussycat Doll. Because of that, Rita decided to depart from the show rather than being humiliated.

According to MIRROR, a source made it known that, "Cowell offered Ora her old job back, but always knew he'd pull out if he could get Scherzinger. Now Rita has found out about it and has claimed that she has 'quit' so that it doesn't look like she was pushed."

Rita then took on her Twitter account and wrote, "I had a ball on @TheXFactor last year and will miss the team."

But, it seems that Rita held no grudge on Cowell as she posted, "@simoncowell can't wait to work with you again... I'll be round for dinner soon. Thank you for the experience & love X."

However, BBC reported that the ITV Network representatives stated that Ora brought a great energy to the X Factor show. Ora did a wonderful work as she mentored the girls' category last year. And the network staffs would like to wish Rita all the best in her future endeavours with her music and film plans.

Anyway, the Daily Mail reported that the judges' panel of the "X Factor" UK 2016 is getting a thorough fix up upon welcoming Scherzinger, Sharon Osbourne (the wife of heavy metal singer Ozzy Osbourne), and the  Irish entertainment manager - Louis Walsh.
