Breakups are hard! And nothing says painful than seeing a heartbroken ex-girlfriend who is struggling to move on. This is the current state of Louis Tomlinson's ex Eleanor Calder.

According to Daily Mail, the 22-year-old was photographed looking forlorn after her split from the One Direction member was confirmed. 

On Monday, Calder was seen leaving her London home with her pet dog. The brunette beauty reportedly looked despondent and gloomy despite wearing a large pair of sunglasses to hide any trace of pain.

In spite of the recent heartbreak, Calder managed to look good as she rocked a pair of black pants and a matching top that is somehow concealed under her tan suede jacket.

The photographs of the University student even shows her clutching a laptop with her left arm and holding a pack of cigarettes and a lighter with her right.

Tomlinson and Calder split amid claims that the long distance between them took a toll on their relationship. Add to that the scandalous photos of the One Direction member kissing a mystery woman in Thailand that emerged online.

"Louis and Eleanor split up two weeks ago. They have not announced this as they wanted some privacy during this time," a spokesperson for the recording artist said, according to People. 

"Eleanor hasn't been seeing anyone and the pictures of Louis kissing another girl in Thailand did really upset her," an insider said. "Although she accepts he's now single, she still hoped that he would wait to settle things in person rather than kiss the first girl he meets."

An insider even claimed that Eleanor is not pleased with how quickly Tomlinson has moved on by spending some flirty time with the mystery woman. 

Tomlinson has just wrapped up with his 1D members Harry Styles, Liam Payne and Niall Horan in the Philippines, but the group's Asian leg for their world tour continues.

Meanwhile, Calder is staying in Manchester, England since she is attending the University of Manchester.

"It's been a tough time for Louis and Eleanor, and it's true they drifted apart after his excessive tour commitments,"  a source gushed to Hollywood Life. "But a lot of their friends believe that this is just a hiccup in their relationship, and as soon as he returns back to the UK they'll resume back to normal. They just really need to see each other because you can't have a relationship with someone who is on the other side of the world."
