Jennifer Lawrence might have suffered a nude hack and leak early in 2014. Yet, this has certainly not stopped her from posing completely nude with a snake for Vanity Cover. All this and more in five things to know about Jennifer Lawrence Vanity Fair Cover.

1. The first fact in the five things to know about Jennifer Lawrence's Vanity Fair cover is all about the snake. The snake in the photo is a Colombian Red-tailed boa constrictor. For those who don't know, these types of snakes are the usual "pets" for snake enthusiasts. The red-tailed boa constrictor can grow up to 12 feet long.

2. Jennifer Lawrence Vanity Fair shoot with the snake was shot last summer before it was released this year. The shoot is reportedly a homage to "1981 Richard Avedon Vogue portrait of Nastassja Kinski." The original photo was taken by Richard Avedon for Vogue magazine, which allegedy sold for $74,500 in an auction back in 2014.

3. The photo of Jennifer Lawrence Vanity Fair with the snake will be featured in the March 2015 issue of the magazine. Would this mean that there are more racy photos fans should look forward to? Hopefully, this would be a big yes. As for Lawrence, Vanity Fair claims the "Hunger Games" star was "brave and nonchalant" about having a snake along with her for the shoot. Yet, Lawrence started to feel uncomfortable only when the snake decided to head on to her neck.

4. Jennifer Lawrence Vanity Fair photo was taken by the talented Patrick Demarchelier. He is a highly-acclaimed French fashion photographer. Jessica Diehl, Vanity Fair's style director, on the other hand praised Patrick's chosen model.
"Jennifer has the perfect combination of strength, sexuality, humour and, above all, tomboy to pull this off," shares Diehl.

5. Jennifer Lawrence Vanity Fair shoot is part of the annual Hollywood issue. This issue will also feature a number of British stars such as David Oyelowo, Felicity Jones, Benedict Cumberbatch, and Eddie Redmayne.
