Sony Xperia Z4 Ultra has been rumored Tuesday and new information about its features have been published, TechRadar reported.

The new "monstrous" features have been taken from a Chinese site called Padnews, which posted an image with the alleged full specifications of the device. The report claimed that the gadget will feature a 12.97-inch IPS TRILUMINOS display, a technology that offers "brighter and sharper" multi-color images that mirror reality, according to Spider Orbit. Sony Xperia Z4 Ultra is also supposed to run on a 2.86GHz Snapdragon 810 chip with 64GB of storage, and a massive 6GB of memory.

The former rumors indicated that the upcoming Sony Xperia Z4 Ultra is supposed to have a 6.44-inch screen and a resolution of 1440 x 2560, according to TechRadar which posted the report Tuesday. The processor to be used is believed to be the same with Xperia Z4 Compact, which runs on Snapdragon 810. It also speculated to have 3GB of RAM.

The tablet has also been speculated to feature an HDMI 1.4 input jack that would allow 4K video recording at up to 30 frames per second. The image also presented audio technology support using S-Force Front Surround, creating high quality sound.

The feature that was highly remarked was the tablet's battery, which is reported to be 12,100mAh. Others, on the other hand, have speculated that the device will sport a non-removable 5,000mAh battery.

Reports have also suggested a 27MP rear camera with G+ sensor and 10MP HD front camera. The gadget is supposedly "highly waterproof" as well, according to XperiaZ4 site.

Sony Xperia Z4 Ultra is supposed to come out to the United States in September 2015, according to the list of release dates provided by XperiaZ4 site. The device might be released earlier in India and Thailand in October.
