The White House has been busy with the nation's issues and the Internet doesn't give them a break after a pregnancy report circulated online.

Malia Obama's pregnancy story went viral after a satirical news site uploaded the account on Nov. 28, International Business Times reported.

A fabricated report published on Empire News, a website that releases satirical news, suggested that the 16-year-old daughter of President Barack Obama, Malia Ann Obama, is pregnant. Although the article has been issued weeks ago, the rumors have resurrected after The Washington Post mentioned the story on their "What was fake on the Internet this Week" post.

The satirical site dubbed the event as "the biggest White House scandal since intern fellatio." It has speculated that Ms. Obama is currently on her second trimester. Her mother, First Lady Michelle Obama, has supposedly accepted the pregnancy, saying that "teen pregnancy runs in the family."

"On her father's side of course. My mother-in-law had Barack when she was 18, so I see where Malia gets it from. I'm just so excited to decorate the nursery. The White House hasn't seen a baby since oh, 1884 or so," the First Lady allegedly said.

Besides the pregnancy rumors, Malia Obama has also been sexualized through photos uploaded on the internet. Football player Darnell Dockett, who is Arizona Cardinals defensive end, posted a photo of Ms. Obama wearing tight jeans. The image became viral after the NFL player shared it on Instagram. Netizens expressed their criticism to Dockett, after which the football player defended himself on Twitter.

"Yall chill I never said anything about the presidents daughter 'not one thing' all I did was repost my boy IG pic," Docket wrote. "Get your facts straight!"

Meanwhile, Jenna Bush Hager, granddaughter of former U.S. President George Bush, felt defensive for President Obama's daughters, according to E! Online. She expressed her sympathy for Malia and Natasha, 13, on  "Watch What Happens Live" on Dec. 4.

"I'm fiercely protective of them, obviously," Bush Hager said. "I don't think that it's easy. It's not a job that they wanted. ... I had a hard time [growing up in the White House], but it's also a privilege."

Malia Obama's pregnancy rumors came after Elizabeth Lauten's criticism to the girls' Thanksgiving attire. The communications director apologized for her behavior and resigned after.
