Sources had confirmed to Forbes that Mark Zuckerberg's house is set to be built in Hawaii. The Facebook owner along with his wife, Priscilla Chan, purchased 750 acres of Hawaii for over $100 million. Mark Zuckerberg's house in the paradise of Hawaii over 750 acres are set into two distinct areas.

The first is the 357 acre in Kahu'aina Plantation, which was a former plantation for sugarcane. The second is the 393 acre in Pila'a beach. Despite having bought two properties, there will only be one Mark Zuckerberg house in Hawaii. The original price of the plantation had been sold in the market for $70 million.

Though Mark Zuckerberg house in Hawaii is certainly fit for a billionaire, another billionaire had already purchased part of Hawaii. Larry Ellison, chairman of Oracle, had bought part of Lanai for $600 million. Lanai is one of Hawaii's largest islands.

Mark Zuckerberg's house in Hawaii is the biggest splurge so far by the Facebook founder. Before his purchase in Hawaii, Mark had bought a 5,000 square feet home in California for $7 million. Back in 2010, Mark had stayed in a house relatively close to the Facebook headquarters.

Aside from Mark Zuckerberg's house, the Facebook founder is also set to spend $20,000 for each female personnel of Facebook. Facebook is set to offer the perks of letting female employees freeze their eggs. The move also aims to attract more females to the workspace. Like Facebook, the tech giant, Apple is also set to do the same with their female employees by Jan. 2015.
