World's tallest cattle is found in Illinois. Owned by Patty Hanson, Blosom the cow has been named Guinness World Records' tallest cow. How big and tall exactly is Blosom?

The world's tallest cattle, Blosom, is 6 foot and 4 inches in height. Blosom weighs over 2,000 pounds. Guinness had named Blosom the world's tallest cattle in August with the official measurements having been taken by a veterinarian from the Orangeville Animal Health Service.

"When I put Blosom's halter on, she knows it's time to go to work greeting people, and one of the best things I love about this big cow is she makes people smile. But now when I get to tell them they are looking at the world's tallest cow, I can't wait to see their reaction," shared Hanson in a report by ABC News.

Blosom, the world's tallest cattle, turns 13 by July. Hanson had decided to keep her as a pet at her father's farm, which was a good idea for her given the enormous size of the cow that had led her to gain a record on Guinness.

"My dad used to chuckle at Blosom, but soon softened up to her, which is why she stayed home on the farm as an addition to the many pets - she adds character. Blosom is a bit like an overgrown dog. To people who have cows, they will get what I am saying, but I want other people to know she is special. I told my dad years ago that Blosom was destined for stardom, and with this record she has achieved that," added Hanson.

Both Blosom and Hanson posed for photographs with Guinness last Monday. The photos of Hanson's world's tallest cattle will be found in the 2016 edition of the Guinness World Records. The world's tallest cattle is yet to be recorded on the official website of Guinness.
