"Legend of Korra" has just wrapped up its third season several weeks ago. Fortunately for "Legend of Korra" fans, it looks like the wait for the next season, or the next book, will not be for long.

The fourth book of "Legend of Korra," which is said to complete the show's original order of 52 episodes, will be premiering on Nick.com, as well as on the Nick app on Friday, October 4.

The creators of "Legend of Korra," namely, Bryan Konietzko and Michael Dante DiMartino, have just made a public announcement regarding the upcoming new season, which they have entitled "Balance," in a video clip that they posted on the official website of Nickelodeon. The caption even read, "Start preparing your mind, body, and soul for #LegendOfKorraBook4." They also announced there that the Chapter Four, or the season's fourth episode, will be entitled "The Calling."

This bit of news was also further confirmed by Konietzko on his personal blog. Through his blog, which has a huge number of followers, he was able to tell "Legend of Korra" fans to "Get ready." He also added, "Soon!" This could be his means of hinting to avid "Legend of Korra" fans that the premiere of the fourth season is nearing.

It has been formerly reported online that DiMartino and Konietzko have already mentioned that the initial phase of the fourth book of "Legend of Korra" has actually already been completed, and that it is now in its animation phase.

Every "Legend of Korra" episode will be showing on the Nickelodeon website every Friday. This website has been the home of this internationally famous series since the later part of its third season. Sadly, the ratings for the show eventually waned on television, which was why Nickelodeon decided to show "Legend of Korra" online.

"Legend of Korra" is actually about Avatar Korra, who happens to be the successor of Aang from the previous "Avatar: The Last Airbender."
