Harry Potter may have ended but the magic continues to capture a number of hearts around the world. In fact, not only are the theme parks a must-see for "Potterheads" across the globe, the latest addition to the Potter-related tourist spot includes the café that started it all.

In Edinburgh, Scotland, a café called the Elephant House is known across the world as the birthplace of Harry Potter. It was here that renowned author, J.K. Rowling penned chapters and chapters of Harry's adventure at Hogwarts along with Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger.

The café opened back in 1995 and is co-owned by a Filipina by the name of Aida Valdez Taylor. Along with her Scottish husband, the Elephant House caters to all magical and non-magical folk. While the café is typically low key, the magic starts in the uncanny of places - the toilet. Thousands of "Potterheads" have filled the walls, mirrors and doors of their proclamation of love for J.K. Rowling and Harry Potter.

Their range of hot chocolate drinks are certainly ones not to be missed namely Fleur Fantasy and Mallow Delight. The Elephant House also offers a variety of baked goods.

In other news involving the Potter-verse, J.K. Rowling admitted that she "hated killing off" characters in the series. The British novelist also responded to a few tweets that targeted Albus Dumbledore's sexuality. One fan had admitted to disliking Dumbledore after Rowling admitted he was gay.

The 49-year old author of course responded in a sarcastic manner. Rowling advised the Twitter user to "follow Brian Souter" given he is "much more your kind of person." The tweet was deleted a few minutes later.

As for the stars of Harry Potter, Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint of the Golden Trio have gone their separate ways. They've starred in a number of films to date with the latest on Radcliffe for "Horns" and Watson for "Regression."
