DWTS Season 19 cast- Recent reports confirmed that show veterans Derek Hough, Mark Ballas and Cheryl Hough will be coming back on the 19th run of "Dancing with the Stars," together with Tony Dovolani, Val Chmerkovskiy, Peta Murgatroyd, Witney Carson and Emma Slater.

Also joining the returning DWTS Season 19 cast, are first-time pro partner trio Artem Chiqvinstev - former first season pro winner of "Strictly Come Dancing;" Allison Holker - "So You Think You Can Dance" all-star and DWTS occasional choreographer and Keoikantse Motsepe, Christian Post reported.

Apparently, last season's champ Maksim Chmerkovskiy, who took home the Mirror Ball with Olympian partner Meryl Davis, will no longer be returning as DWTS Season 19 cast, along with Sharna Burgess and Henry Byalikov.

Meanwhile, with the DWTS Season 19 cast announcement comes the Julianne Hough DWTS judge news.

The 26-year-old is in talks to return to the upcoming season of "Dancing with the Stars" not as a dancer, but rather as a judge, E! Online has learned.

The Julianne Hough DWTS judge report is pretty interesting because of the fact that the blonde beauty would be judging her brother Derek in the contest if ever. She won't have a problem in her new part, because she has already appeared as guest judge in seasons 17 and 18. During her guesting however, she stirred controversy when she criticized Maks Chmerkovskiy's performance, according to Us Weekly.

While everything is yet to be made official with a show insider reportedly telling E! that Julianne has not yet decided whether she wants the part or not, TMZ said that the "Safe Haven" actress is very close to inking the deal. And if she ever gets the spot, she will be joining Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Len Goodman in the panel.

The DWTS season 19 cast will reportedly be announced on "Good Morning America" Sept. 4. The much anticipated 19th season will premiere on ABC Sept. 15.
