"Stay Classy," the pop-up Will Ferrell-themed bar in New York City by Zach Neil, is set to arrive in Washington D.C. in May. The bar features cocktails, food and the venue itself providing references to fictional Anchorman character Ron Burgundy and a host of other Will Ferrell movies.
