Arnold Schwarzenegger is dead. At least that's what Twitter and some sources on the internet are saying. However the actor and former California governor didn't die. He's just the victim of an internet death hoax again.

A false report saying that Schwarzenegger died in a snowboarding incident is getting passed around the internet.

The report by Global Associated News reads:

"Actor Arnold Schwarzenegger is reported to have died shortly after a snowboard accident earlier today - February 2, 2014. The actor & novice snowboarder was vacationing at the Zermatt ski resort in Zermatt, Switzerland with family and friends. Witnesses indicate that Arnold Schwarzenegger lost control of his snowboard and struck a tree at a high rate of speed.

Arnold Schwarzenegger was air lifted by ski patrol teams to a local hospital, however, it is believed that the actor died instantly from the impact of the crash. The actor was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident and drugs and alcohol do not appear to have played any part in his death."

Since there are so many details it may be easy to believe that the Terminator really did die. However the story is fake. Global Associated News often produces false celebrity death reports. A message at the bottom of the site reads: "FAKE... THIS STORY IS 100% FAKE! this is an entertainment website, and this is a totally fake article based on zero truth and is a complete work of fiction for entertainment purposes!"

Those who are looking for more proof of his death may have come across the Necropedia page that says:

"Arnold Schwarzenegger, born on July 30, 1947 in Thal, was an American actor, politician, business man and bodybuilder. He died on November 3, 2014, at the age of 65.

Tributes have poured in from across the world.

Arnold Schwarzenegger has been married to Maria Shriver and was romantically linked to Brigitte Nielsen."

November 3 hasn't happened yet. Necropedia shows an "anticipated obituary," which is "an obituary written BEFORE the death of a person. It is common for news agencies to keep pre-written obituary for public figures, famous and high-profile people who are still alive."

The Terminator isn't dead. Yet people are taking to Twitter to mourn and question the death of the actor.

Some examples of tweets include:

"WTF Arnold Schwarzenegger died ?"

"Is that true that arnold schwarzenegger is dead ?? can someone tell me please"

"#RIP Arnold you wil be back"

"RIP Arnold schwarzenegger . One of the greatest action heros. Will miss his - I will be back dialogues."

This isn't the first time that Schwarzenegger was killed off by the internet. There is an "R.I.P. Arnold Schwarzenegger" Facebook Page that has been around since 2010. This same exact snowboarding death hoax was also going around in October 2012.
