Lindsay Lohan is headed to rehab as part of a plea negotiation deal after lying to the police.

While the trip is nothing new for Lohan, who's built a reputation of drugs, theft, and unprofessional behavior, this time she is requesting the drug Adderall be provided to her while at the rehabilitation facility, according to sources that spoke to TMZ.

Lohan has reportedly taken the drug on a daily basis for years, and believes she needs it to function. Adderall is used to treat Attention-Deficit and Hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and is often abused by users for other purposes.

The source said she will "take her chances at trial" if she is not permitted to have the drug during her rehabilitation stay.

Mark Heller, the lawyer representing Lohan in the case, has assured her that he can find a lockdown rehabilitation facility that will accommodate her demand.

Lohan was previously prescribed the drug during her 2010 stay in jail, though her ADHD diagnosis was called into question. People close to Lohan believe Adderall was the drug that started her addiction problems.

Lohan was charged with lying to the police when she told them that she was not driving when her vehicle was involved in a car accident in June 2012. Multiple witnesses at the scene stated she was the driver.

The latest snag in Lohan's plea bargain deal comes after a promotional spot for a clothing line in Brazil, where Lohan hid under a table rather than talk to fans.

She recently did a guest appearance on the Charlie Sheen comedy "Anger Management" where sources on set complimented her professional behavior in a change from her recent reputation as unprofessional and late, when she shows up to the set at all.

That was followed by then questions regarding her procurement of some wardrobe pieces. Lohan claimed they were a gift, though other sources said she just never returned them.
