President Obama's inauguration is on Jan. 20, with hoards of individuals traveling to DC to get there for the historic event. Though sometimes this includes two Rolex watches, it's still a hefty price to pay. Regardless, there are still options for travelers on the less expensive, but still high-end, budget.
