Chris Brown has found himself in yet another felony assault case after his Ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran files for a restraining order against the R&B singer. "He threatened to shoot me", Tran claims. Moreover, Tran also appeals to a pending allegation of domestic violence on Brown's part.

The American singer-songwriter is known to have a notorious history of making criminal threats and physical assaults. On 2009, the "F.A.M.E" track maker made headlines when he was arrested for domestic violence against his then-girlfriend and fellow artist Rihanna. Leaked photo of Rihanna's battered face surfaced and broke the internet. The singer pled guilty and served six years of community service.

Almost two years after the infamous Rihanna assault controversy, Chris Brown engaged himself in another bickering situation. Following the restraining order filed by Karrueche Tran against Brown, judge orders Brown to stay "100 feet" away from his ex-girlfriend.

In the court papers obtained by People, the 28-yeal-old model claims Brown threatened to kill her through text messages. According to the statement declared by Tran, the incident happens earlier this month when the Virginia-born artist told certain people that he is going to kill her. "He said if no one else can have me, then he's gonna 'take me out", Tran added.

In addition, Tran also claims she was physically abused by Brown two years ago, saying she was punched in the stomach twice and was pushed downstair. No reports are submitted to the police regarding the alleged domestic violence but TMZ reported that the incident would have likely happened while he was on probation for his assault on his ex Rihanna.

Apart from herself, Tran accused Brown of harassing her friends saying "...there was an incident a few weeks ago where he told my friend he had to leave a party or else he was gonna get beat up and also threw a drink in another friend's face". This leads to the model demanding the court that the requisite restraining order is extended to her family as she feels her family is also endangered by Brown's presence. The court grants the request.

The order which was delivered on Friday also demands the Grammy Award-winning singer to surrender any firearms in possession. The hearing will start on March 9. Brown's camp chose to stay silent and reticent about the issue.
