"Scandal" season 6, episode 4 is one of the most revealing episodes of the series ever since. The storyline will feature Cyrus to be placed behind the bars while Frankie Vargas killer might also be revealed.

The previous episode ended its story with an enslaved Tom who was trying to renounce his own story to Cyrus, who happened to be another prisoner strangled in a nearby guard to death right with his own belt. Further, he needed to survive such legal system. On the other hand, there will also be possibilities that Cyrus will be able to face Frankie's wife in actual together with his daughter and be able to say that he didn't do it, TV Line reported.

On the other hand, Perry will also further hope that Cyrus and Liv's friendship will survive despite that massive glitch. Further, Cyrus continues to maintain his innocence at the rest of the White House. However, Abby still truly believes that it was he and Tom who was responsible behind the death of Frankie, Variety reported.

Apparently, with the incident about the president, Flitz had ordered for a death penalty for the justice of his former right hand man. Meanwhile, back in District of Columbia, Mellie will be seen celebrating for her position being the president, together with Olivia who further undertakes that the killer will be in jail for good.

Behind the bars, Cyrus will be seen beaten inside the cell literally. There will be guards who will gang up alongside of him and even punch him out. His body will be left unconscious on the ground which will somehow send him into a dream of a better life being a president.

Meanwhile, Cyrus and Tom will continue to flee their innocence and the question there that is left will be - who killed Frankie?
