"Attack on Titan" Season 2 is one of the most highly anticipated anime of all time. The last time it was released was on 2013 and many were hooked with the unique storyline of the anime. After years of waiting, the release date of the show was finally revealed which no doubt excite fans. Aside from that, different teasers also emerge online including an artwork of the anime's protagonists.

Recently, animator Arifumi Imai shared an artwork of Eren Yeager and Mikasa on his Twitter account. Imai, who is the Action Animation Director of the anime, posted the image featuring Eren's profile on the background while he is staring on a distance.

In front of Eren is Mikasa who has a more feminine light instead of the usual stoney face she has in the anime. She is wearing a red scarf while her hair is windswept. She was also wearing a gentle expression that looks doe-eyed, Comic Book noted.

This teaser comes after Imai shared an artwork of Eren featuring his Titan form on the background. The black and white image shows Eren dressed in his scouting gear. Said picture, which was also shared on Twitter, received positive comments from "Attack on Titan" fans.

Aside from the images, a trailer was also released which seems to pick up where season 1 left off as Eren and Mikasa are seen in a situation that appears to be a continuation of what happened on season 1. Apparently, all these teasers make fans excited for the release of the anime.

"Attack on Titan" Season 2 is set for release on April 2017. It follows the lives of Eren Yeager, Mikasa Ackerman and Armin Arlert as they fight the Titans. Eren made a promise to kill every single Titan after he witnesses one Titan eating his mother. In Season 1, Eren was seen transforming into a Titan and fighting other Titans who had the intention of killing the people in their area.
