The human barbie, Valeria Lukyanova, is back with new photos and an interview in V Magazine, proving that she is in fact a real person and not just an internet hoax.

The 21-year-old Ukranian woman, who happens to look like a living doll, made headlines earlier in the year due to her shocking appearance. Lukyanova has a tiny waist, curves in the right places, platinum blonde hair, and huge blue eyes, making her look like a living barbie doll.

Lukyanova shocked the internet and some were questioning whether or not the human barbie is actually real and not just a good Photoshop project.

V Magazine says she is. "The truth is that Valeria is very much real," the magazine wrote in a recent piece. They brought her to New York for an interview and a photoshoot to prove to the world that the human barbie isn't a hoax.

Her lifestyle may be as shocking as her appearance. According to V Magazine, Lukyanova is a "teacher  at the School of Out-of-Body Travel. It's an international school in which our instructors show students how to leave their physical body and travel in their spiritual body, where you can visit any place on the planet and in the universe."She also sings and is even a professional mountain climber. " I trek up the Himalayas and live far away from civilization for weeks at a time," she tells V.

When asked about her beauty routine, Lukyanova says "Most of my makeup I design myself as I put it on. I'm an artistic person, and I love dramatic images and bright makeup. I love the process of doing my own. "

She wouldn't deny or admit to having plastic surgery to alter her appearance.

Lukyanova receives some harsh criticism from those on the internet, but she says that this doesn't bother her.

"I know the other side of celebrity is negativity, but I see it in a positive light. If people care about me, then I am on the right path. In real life, I never hear bad things," she tells V.

Lukyanova isn't the only living doll out there. One of her friends, Anastasiya Shpagina, is known as the human anime girl as she has a similar doll-like appearance. More and more of these characters seem to be popping up.

"Indeed, I've noticed a trend," Valeria says of the beauty phenomenon. "Every good-looking woman with fine features and a slim figure looks like a doll. I won't deny that I play along with people's perceptions. I'm amused by the reactions. I don't take it seriously."
