A couple in Florida has been arrested for allegedly having sex on a restaurant table in a Florida restaurant.

The Smoking Gun reported that Tiffani Lynn Barganier and Jeremie Calo, both 32, were caught having sex on an outdoor table at Paddy Murphy's restaurant in Orange County, Florida.

Apparently the couple were enjoying date night on the patio when they decided it would be a good idea to go at it right then and there, while several parents and their children dined at nearby tables.

Several customers complained saying that they were going at it in full view where children could see them and the restaurant manager apprehended them. When the restaurant manager, Murphy tried to tell them to stop, Calo said, ""[Barganier] can't get up at this time," according to The Smoking Gun.

"Murphy says he threatened to call police if Calo didn't pay his $101 bill, but the man reportedly wrote a check that contained only the word, "NO," the restaurant manager said," reported The Huffington Post.

According to The Smoking Gun, Murphy told Calo to "Compose yourself, pay your tab or I'll call the police."

Murphy subsequently dialed 911 and an argument between Calo and Murphey occurred where Murphy plus two of his employees held Calo down until police came.

Calo was arrested for "defrauding an innkeeper" but they were not charged with having sex in public because all of the witnesses who saw them having sex decided not to give police a statement, reported The Smoking Gun.

Officer Anthony Wongshue told The Smoking Gun that the couple were both "trespassed from Paddy Murphy's for a period of one year."
