Passengers on a United Airlines flight got a bit of a scare as a drunk male model wandered around the plane and tried to force a passenger to kiss him. Passengers had to restrain him with belts for three hours until the plane landed in Orange County, California.

Arash Durani, a 26-year-old model has too much to drink on board United Flight 473 and started acting out of control. He started pacing around the plane about 45 minutes into the flight from Chicago. He even started grabbing women.

One passenger, Nina Pitts recalled how Durrani tried to force her to kiss him and wouldn't leave her alone.

"He pulled me back and goes, 'Nona, give me a kiss,' and I said, 'Listen, you're really drunk. Get away from me,'" Pitts told KTLA.

"He was on something. And a lot of alcohol that they probably shouldn't have given him, because as soon as you got on, he was already drunk," she continued.

Pitts described how Durrani was screaming as he walked around the plane and harassed flight crew and passengers.

"He gets up and starts pacing back and forth, getting in people's faces," Pitts said. "People are telling him to sit down. He's bugging the flight attendants, wanting more alcohol."

"Now he's getting belligerent, he gets up in front of a couple guy's faces and they tell him to sit down," Pitts recalled. "They escort him back, and he gets back up."

The passengers eventually had enough of Durrani's drunken antics. Several men took action and tried to restrain Durrani as he cursed, punched and kicked them.

David Truong was one of the passengers who tried to restrain Durrani, who was apparently very strong despite being highly intoxicated.

"I was on his chest and three other guys were holding his arms and legs,' Truong said. "He broke a chair."

The men tied down Durrani with belts and Truong sat on him to keep him from moving. A doctor on the flight even tried to calm Durrani down with Valium.

"He would go in and out of consciousness, but every time he came around he would try to fight again," Truong said, according to the Daily Mail.

When the flight landed in Orange County's John Wayne Airport, Durrani was taken into custody. He will be charged with a federal offense for harassing the flight crew and passengers.

Pitt says that in addition to drinking heavily, Durrani had prescription drugs in his carry-on.

According to Durrani's IMDB page, the model, who also goes by Ash, grew up in Virginia, started his own clothing company called Grow and he is in a movie called Duel of Legends. According to his Facebook page, he is a host for VH1.
