Prince Harry's naked picture scandal seems to be a good thing for Las Vegas tourism. Ever since the royal bachelor's Vegas pictures were released, there has been a boost in travel inquires to Las Vegas. Travel companies are reporting a surge of interest in Sin City.

Within 24 hours of Prince Harry's naked photos being released, Hotels.com has seen a huge increase in searches for Las Vegas.  Compared to the same day last year, the site saw a 123 percent increase in the number of searches for Sin City, according to the Daily Mail.

Virgin Holidays, a UK travel company, noticed a 30 percent increase in inquiries about Las Vegas compared to last year. The company's Las Vegas was the most visited this week.  The company is calling the boost the "Prince Harry effect." To boost interest even further, the company is offering a special 10 percent discount this weekend for Las Vegas trips.

"Las Vegas is excited that Prince Harry continues to visit the destination for his stateside getaways," said Jeremy Handel, spokesperson for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority told The Huffington Post. "Las Vegas is about adult freedom and that means different things to different people."

Some Prince Harry fans might not be in any rush to book a flight to Vegas. One woman sent an email to the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce asking the city of Las Vegas to apologize to Prince Harry for not protecting his privacy better.

The woman referred to the iconic "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, phrase and said  "obviously does not apply to this young man," according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

"Perhaps all your visitors should be subjected to the same sort of treatment and I think your tourism business would disappear very quickly," she continued. "I believe you owe him an apology especially since he was there on his own time and in his own private suite."

The fan doubts Harry will want to book a trip to Sin City in the future and claims that she won't either after the incident.

"I doubt he or any of his friends and supporters will ever visit your city again, I know I won't," she wrote.

For Prince Harry, the phrase, "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas," didn't hold true as photos and stories about his vacation are now all over the media and internet. Prince Harry spent the weekend at the Wynn hotel in Las Vegas. He attended several pool parties, drank plenty of vodka, had a swim race against Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte, and flirted with plenty of girls.

However the thing that is getting the most attention is the naked photos that were released of the Prince. Prince Harry invited several girls back to his suite and got involved in a game of strip billiards. Unfortunately for him, the evidence was documented and a butt naked royal is now out there for all to see.
