The latest generation of Google's mobile software will be made available to download for a number of leading devices.

This means that some of the leading Android smartphones, including devices from Samsung, Sony, HTC and OnePlus, will all be able to download Android Nougat soon, as reported by Express UK.

As Android 7.0 Nougat runs on Google Pixel and LG V20, Android enthusiasts are also waiting for the updated version for their smartphones to bring the benefits of Android Nougat to more customers than ever.

The Android 7.1 Nougat developer preview will be available later this month for the Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, and Pixel C devices, with other smartphones set to follow soon.

According to Express UK, there are newest features for the latest Android 7.0 Nougat OS.

This includes the capacity for app developers to create circular app icons. This will allow the new Pixel launcher system to fit.

Apps will also be able to take the user directly to a new Settings screen to clear unused files and free up storage space on the device.

Samsung has announced a list of devices that will get Android 7.0 Nougat. It includes Samsung Galaxy S7 series, Galaxy S6 series, Galaxy Note 5. They are all set to receive the update, Express UK reported.

Accordingly, the Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 edge will be the first Samsung devices to get the update, which should be rolled out before the end of November.

Sony will also make Android Nougat available on a number of its leading devices, the roll out is also set to begin early in November.

Some of the top Sony devices will be getting the new update, including the Sony Xperia Z3+, Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet, Sony Xperia Z5, Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, Sony Xperia X, Sony Xperia XA and Sony Xperia XA Ultra.

HTC is not going to be trailed behind with the Nougat OS craze as it will also start rolling out the latest Android OS with its HTC 10 device. Their One A9 and One M9 are set to receive the update.

OnePlus has likewise confirmed that it is working on an update for its flagship OnePlus 3 device, which is set to be launched later next month.
