9:41 Dragon - Torn by a Civil War between templars and the Magi, Orlais struggles to maintain peace between its denizens. Only you, the Inquisitor, wielder of the Anchor, has a chance to see this through, with the help of his Companions. At one point, after the Seekers' mysterious disappearance, Cassandra will ask you to help her with some Unfinished Business - high profile targets you have to track down, left unchecked since the chaos.

Unfortunately, you will have to scour the entire map to find the five targets, and only when they are all down will the quest be completed. You may opt to bring Cassandra along to earn extra approval, but this is not required. Below are some tips on completing Unfinished Business in "Dragon Age: Inquisition"

Ser Rebenger Torn

Ser Rebenger Torn is one of the most accessible targets for Unfinished Business, so you might want to take him on first. You can find him in the Hinterlands. Simply head to the Forest Camp and find the westernmost camp.

Leo of Lucien Bay

Leo is one of the most challenging targets in Unfinished Business. Find him in the Western Approach, specifically, in Echoback Canyon (you can transport here). Of course, this means that you will first have to complete a major part of the main storyline to unlock the northern part of Western Approach.

Ser Hildebrandt

This character can be found in Exalted Plains. An easy way to access him is to head to Crow Fens from Fens Camp. You can unlock this area through a War Table mission.

Jepler the Unbound

You can find Jepler in the north of Emerald Graves, near Hopwood. You will see him accompanied by Freeman of the Dales.

Gordon the Frank

Look for him by the town in Emprise du Lion, near a large tower. Be careful, though, as he is often accompanied by his fellow mages.

Completing Unfinished Business in "Dragon Age: Inquisition" entitles you to 2,025 experience points, 910 influence points, and 2 power. Moreover, you will get +5 approval points from Cassandra if you chose to have her tag along when you defeat them.
