10. Tel Aviv, Israel

Tel Aviv attracts tourists for its Mediterranean location, architecture, quality cuisine, and contemporary culture, but the men are apparently quite the sight as well. Check out the local nightlife or one of the many beaches and pick up one of the hotties who sport a year-round tan.

9. Milan, Italy

Milan may be known as one of the most fashionable cities in the world, but the designer garb isn't the only thing in fashion. The city is full of light-eyed, golden-skinned men who stay well-groomed. They also have a habit of giving compliments and being extra flirtatious.

8. Berlin, Germany

In this culturally diverse city, you'll find many museums, cafés, historic landmarks and infamous underground nightlife scenes, but the men may also peak your interest. Looking for someone who can hold an intelligent conversation? Berlin's men tend to be intellectuals who seek knowledge and adventure. Not only that, but they tend to have chiseled good looks.

7. Madrid, Spain

Indulge in some tapas, take in the amazing architecture, explore the epic night life, and bring home a sexy Spaniard. Here you'll find the classic dark, tall, and handsome men, but they're also romantic and charming. It won't be hard to be seduced in this popular Spanish city.

6. Sydney, Australia

Take a trip down under and find a fun-loving Aussie to teach you how to surf at beautiful Bondi Beach. As if an Australian accent isn't enough to draw you in, these men are witty and smart, easy-going and always up for an adventure.

5. Buenos Aires, Argentina

It takes two to tango, so look out for a delicious dance partner in Buenos Aires. The men here are mysterious specimens. They're sporty, yet cultivated, complicated but charming, and they'll keep you guessing as you party the night away at one the exciting clubs in this vibrant city.

4. Lisbon, Portugal

Portuguese men are worldly, stylish, and well-educated. They take pride over their culture but they're knowledgeable of those around them. These tall, athletic men also appreciate old-school values and wouldn't mind going for a stroll through the Alfama district.

3. Amsterdam, Netherlands

Avoid the Red Light District, but look out for the tall, stylish, jaw-dropping, good looking males. Enjoy polite, easy-going conversation with one of these reserved gentlemen as you relax by one of the city's canals or one of the many lounges.  For those looking for more adventure, hop on a bike and ride along with the local lookers.

2. New York City, USA

This metropolitan location offers plenty of sights to see, museums to visit, shows to watch, and restaurants to dine in. With its diverse cultures, there are plenty of different men to choose from. Just watch out, because single ladies outnumber single men by 210,000 here, so you may not find a new love interest, but there's no harm in just looking.

1. Stockholm, Sweden

Traveler's Digest's first pick for finding the hot guys is Stockholm.Take in the views of the various islands that make up this city and take time to check out the tall Nordic men who enjoy the finer things in life from food to fashion and culture.
