Looks like Cameron Diaz is getting married after all. This is in spite of her previous statements that she's not really the type to tie the knot.

According to ET Online, the 42-year-old actress is all set to wed fiancé Benji Madden this Monday evening at her Beverly Hills home.

Diaz and the 35-year-old The Madden Brothers vocalist and Good Charlotte rocker reportedly got engaged just this late December and now they have decided to seal their relationship with wedding bands.

Just recently, the "Sex Tape" actress was spotted wearing a large engagement sparkler while promoting her latest film "Annie."

An insider claims that since the pair started dating in May, they were already hearing wedding bells for their romantic relationship, People reports.

"Getting married is the next step when you are totally in love and comfortable with someone," the insider said. "Cameron has found true happiness."

Then, just this Sunday, Cameron's on- and off-screen bff Drew Barrymore threw her a bridal shower at her Hollywood Hills mansion. The bridal shower was followed suit by a rehearsal dinner.

On Saturday, Diaz and Madden were seen enjoying their time at Il Cielo, with an onlooker saying, "They were with a small group and had a really romantic table setting with rose petals and candles. It looked like they were celebrating."

Now sources are saying that Diaz and Madden's wedding is set to be very intimate since only 50 guests are attending, but it isn't clear yet whether Diaz's girlfriends Gwyneth Paltrow, Reese Witherspoon and Chelsea Handler are going to be present at the wedding.

For now, apart from Barrymore, who is set to be one of the bridesmaids, Benji's twin Joel and wife Nicole Richie are expected to be in attendance.

Meanwhile, the groom's friends are said to be very pleased with his union to Diaz.

"All of Benji's friends are aware and happy for him," an insider said.

Diaz previously dated a number of big names including: Justin Timberlake, Jared Leto and Matt Dillon, among others. Interestingly, not once did she end up marrying her exes since she was very outspoken that she is not really a firm believer of marriage.

"I think the big misconception in our society is that we're supposed to meet the one when we're 18 and we're supposed to get married to them and love them for the rest of our lives. Bulls**t," she once told Stylist UK back in 2010.

"Who would want to be with the same person for 80 years? .... I think people get freaked out about getting married and spending 20 or 30 years sleeping with the same person but if that's the case, don't do it," she added at the time. "Have someone for five years and another person for another five years. Life is long and lucky and yes, love might last forever, but you don't always live with the person you love forever."
