Kobe Bryant practice trash talk made headlines. The media was allowed to watch some of the five-on-five scrimmaging of the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday morning, but it looks like they got more than they bargained for.

Bryant was out on the practice floor when he started to trash talk. Although it was nothing unusual, especially for the internationally famous basketball star, what made this latest piece of news more interesting is that fellow Laker Nick Young seemed to have been the instigator of the trash talking.

Kobe Bryant practice scrimmaging with his team mates is actually pretty rare nowadays. He has opted to turn his practice days into his rest days, so that he could get more rest for his 36-year-old body in preparation for the rigors of an NBA game.

Now that he has a lot of spare time on his hands, he has come up with some pretty good and interesting one-liners, such as "We're soft like Charmin." Many have used Kobe Bryant practice trash talking as a perfect example of the star snapping whenever the team practices. Still, it was not something that his team mates found unusual as they have gotten pretty used to it already.

Moreover, it later turned out that the player who started this latest string of trash talking was Iggy Azalea's man, Young. During their scrimmage, Young said that no one has the skills to guard him one-on-one.

Bryant responded to this by telling reporters, "I think Nick probably regrets getting me started at the start of practice."

Fans now have a chance to get an inside look into what practice for the team is like whenever Kobe Bryant practice is out on the floor scrimmaging. Plus, head coach, Byron Scott, also mentioned a few things about the intensity of the practice whenever the popular basketball star is out on the floor.
