Joan Rivers' daughter Melissa Rivers is receiving millions and millions of dollars in cash as inheritance of her late mother's wealth.

After it was finally confirmed that the main cause of her death was from surgery complications, news came that the late "Fashion Police" host and well-known comedienne has left her millions worth wealth to her daughter Melissa, Us Weekly has learned.

"The classification of a death as a therapeutic complication means that the death resulted from a predictable complication of medical therapy," the Office of Chief Medical Examiner said of Joan's cause of death.

An insider close to Melissa told Us Weekly that she will be inheriting Joan Rivers' $75 million in cold hard cash.

Additionally, Joan's $35 million worth French-inspired condo on New York's Upper East Side has also been willed to Melissa and her 13-year-old son, Cooper, will also be receiving his own bequest, according to The Independent. 

Despite inheriting Joan Rivers' millions, Melissa is said to still be struggling to come into terms that her mother has already passed away.

"It's no consolation for losing her mother so soon," the insider gushed of Melissa's struggle to look for closure.

The wealth of the "Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best?" alum is said to be the product of Joan's hard work in her QVC business and non-stop stand-up performances, noted Sportact.net.

The estimated amount of the late comedienne's fortune is at $150 million, and the exact arrangements on her will are still not known aside from her 46-year-old daughter's inheritance.

Apart from Melissa and Cooper, Joan's dogs will also be receiving special treatment despite their owner's passing.

"Those dogs are her family," a source was quoted saying by Daily News' Confidenti@l. "They meant the world to her and Joan wanted to make sure that if anything happened to her that they would be taken care of."

Melissa is yet to confirm or comment on the issue, but as per her lamentations on her mother's passing, she revealed on Twitter that she and her family are still "saddened by our tragic loss."
