Los Angeles Lakers point guard Jeremy Lin is ready to play again after missing in action for roughly two weeks with ankle sprain. But before he goes to work in purple-and-gold jersey, here's a daily scoop of all Linsanity news.

Jeremy Lin Does It Again: You heard it right. Lin, who has become a master prankster this summer, was at it again tricking people at the Adidas Store in Taiwan.

After acting like an ordinary of the City of New York and a wax figure of himself at Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, Lin disguised as an Adidas employee in his home country, and as expected, he proved once again that he's the master of deception.

So Long Houston: For the first time since he was traded to the Lakers, Lin revealed the frustrations he had during his time with the Rockets.

The 26-year old star said he thought he was going to be the franchise player for the Rockets, only to learn that he was just turning into a complimentary player to James Harden and later Dwight Howard.

"When I first got [to Houston], I was supposed to be the guy and they were supposed to kind of hand the torch to me," Lin said in an interview with the Los Angeles Times. "And I ended up getting traded away basically for nothing. Actually, they had to give up a draft pick to convince someone else to take me. Pretty much given away for nothing.

Lin Back vs. the Suns: Lin tweeted on Tuesday that he's ready to make his return from an ankle sprain when the Lakers take on the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday.

"Ankles are finally feeling better," Lin posted on his Twitter account. "Excited to get back on the court tonight!"

With Steve Nash dealing with sciatica pain, he has become questionable for season-opener, allowing Lin to assume the starting PG job for the purple-and-gold.
