Amanda Bynes 2014 was arrested on September 28 at around 4:10 a.m. for DUI. The California Highway Patrol has confirmed the arrest. This is the "Sydney White" star's second DUI charge and third arrest.

It looks like the 28-year-old Amanda Bynes 2014 is in big trouble again. As reported by HollywoodLife.com, the police charged her with misdemeanor after they "determined she was under the influence of a controlled substance" while she was driving on Sunday. After she was arrested, she was brought to and held at the police station over at Van Nuys, California until 12:44 p.m. She posted a bail that was worth $15,000.

She was arrested when she stopped right in the middle of an intersection on Van Nuys Boulevard in San Fernando Valley, California. According to the report, Amanda Bynes 2014 also displayed a "disheveled appearance."

Because of this latest DUI and misdemeanor charge, she has been scheduled to show up in court on the 23rd of October and has been placed on probation.

Amanda Bynes 2014's previous experience with DUI was back in 2012. She was charged with DUI after she side-swept another vehicle in West Hollywood. However, just last February, she was given a plea deal and the previous DUI charge was dropped. In exchange, she was given a three-year sentence on probation because of reckless driving.

It looks like Amanda Bynes 2014's driver's license will be taken once again, which is very sad since she only got it back in April this year.

Fans initially believed that Amanda Bynes 2014 was now far from making the same mistakes she did back then, since she was released to her family back in December and was enrolled in the Fashion Institute of Design &Merchandising in Irvine. From September to December of last year, she was admitted in the UCLA Medical Center so that she could get "specialized treatment in a private facility outside of Los Angeles."
