Eight-division world champion Manny Pacquiao will continue his undefeated streak in 2015. This is the prediction of Boxing News 24 writer Francisco Gurrola, who believed Pacman will have another big year in the ring.

Fresh from recapturing his WBO Welterweight title after disposing Timothy Bradley Jr. last April, Pacquiao has yet to announce his next opponent for his November 2014 fight date.

Top-Rank promoter Bob Arum has been lining up for Pacquiao a combination of veterans and up-and-coming sluggers, including Juan Manuel Marquez, Terrence Crawford, Amir Khan, Miguel Cotto, Robert Guerrero and Chris Algieri.

Still, Gurrola is confident Pacquiao will outclass the competition at least for his next three fights. Pacquiao, who is in the running for the ESPYs Fighter of the Year award, will have two more years (four professional fights) in his career after signing a two-year extension with Top-Rank promotions early this year.

Fight with Algieri

Joe DeGuardia, the promoter of the recently-crowned WBO jr. welterweight champ Chris Algieri, told Fight Hype that his client receive a seven-figure offer to fight Pacquiao on November 22 at Venetian Resort & Casino in Macau, China.

"We have a Pacquiao offer on the table and we are negotiating that actually as we speak," DeGuardia said in the interview.

Algieri's name emerged as a candidate for Pacquiao after beating Ruslan Provodnikov via split decision to get the WBO jr. welterweight title.

Other than Algieri, Robert Guerrero is also being mentioned as another fighter tapped to test Pacquiao this November. However, it seems Bob Arum is leaning towards hammering a deal with Algieri's camp for a showdown with the former pound-for-pound fighter.

"I hope we'll be able to get Joe on the phone and we'll be able to button this up," Arum explained. "We're talking serious now with the idea of making the fight. It's not [bull]. Now, whether it gets made or not, I don't know.

Big Surprise in 2015

Floyd Mayweather Jr. teased everybody at the Bet Awards last week ago, when he talked about a big surprise that is going to happen after he settles his score with Marcos Maidana this September.

Many boxing fans wished that surprise could be the long awaited rumble between Money May and Pacquiao in May 2015. Then again, Mayweather could also be eyeing a rematch with Cotto, who just became a four-division world champion after beating Sergio Martinez in their WBC middleweight fight last June.
