Broughton Street in Savannah Georgia. According to the Savannah website, the city is just filled with activities for everyone. There are music and food festivals, exhibits and architectural tours. Broughton Street is just every shopper's dream with it being transformed into a high-end shopping area.

High Street, Short North Arts District In Columbus, Ohio. Columbus is very famous when it comes to clothing and fashion because of some big retailers like Victoria's Secret, Abercrombie & Fitch and Limited headquartered in the area. In fact, it takes a big chunk of the US' highest per capita percentage when it comes to fashion designers.
